who we are

Since 2018 Pablo Nardi has been leading ArchiTramPlus (A+) with the mission to solve clients' problems with innovation and the commitment to the 3 principles that has been guiding the firm:

  • Work Craftsmanship

  • Adequate Pricing

  • Customer Service

As a fluent bilingual professional with international experience, Pablo has been cultivating client relationships since 1999 and became involved in the Design and Construction Industry in 2003, when he started to supply, fabricate, and install imported stone and tiles. Because of his attention to details and delivery, clients gradually requested more help and Pablo started to provide cabinetry, hardwood flooring, wallpaper, metal and wood staircases, electrical, lighting services, plumbing, and other services, including interior design, commercial tenant improvement, and project management. With a special skill to select talent, he was able to grow the team to 30+ employees and a large network of subcontractors.

In 2017, Pablo Nardi joined Nardi Associates as a Partner to help facilitate the execution of architectural projects. He has been collaborating with Designers, Engineers and Builders in planning, budgeting, allocating resources, and providing timely completion of the projects. He also ensured that projects were completed within the set budget and within the scope. Additionally, he made sure the projects delivered the expected results and benefits.

A year later, when ArchiTramPlus (A+) was created to handle the construction and installation of projects, Pablo became its perfect leader, given his broad experience in the field and his access to a network of suppliers, installers and fabricators he had developed over time. Pablo’s current responsibilities include business development and client relationships; contract negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers, project administration and coordination, quality control of materials and execution.

For the projects, Pablo Nardi created a very reliable process focused on:

  • Planning: Developing a reliable schedule, budget, and sequence of construction tasks

  • Coordination: Selecting and scheduling subcontractors, and coordinating their activities

  • Supervision: Overseeing contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality standards

  • Communication: Collaborating with designers, engineers, owners, and agencies

  • Compliance: Conforming with building and safety codes, and other legal requirements

  • Monitoring: Tracking the project's progress and reporting budget matters to the clients

  • Troubleshooting: Responding to work delays, emergencies, and other problems

  • Closeout: Directing project closeout activities at project completion

When Pablo is not working, he prefers to spend time with family and friends and nurturing his spirituality and health by swimming, exercising, and meditating.
